Alternate directions from Louisville: I-65 N across the Kennedy Bridge, take Exit 1 and follow signs to New Albany, stay on Browns Station Way (which becomes Spring St). Careful of speed limit! Turn Left at the 3rd traffic light which is Vincennes St. Go through the traffic light, then over railroad tracks and turn Right onto Main St. Go aprx 18 blocks (the YMCA will be on the Left) and we are 1 block on the Left past the YMCA at Main and Scribner. If you've gone under the Sherman Minton overpass you've gone too far.
From I-64 going E.
New Albany exit 123 at the bridge is open. At end of ramp go straight. Holiday Inn is on the L. BP gas station is on the R. Go all the way to the traffic light and turn L. onto Main St. Go under the Sherman Minton Bridge and we are the next intersection on the Right. Main and Scribner.
Or, if exit 123 is closed and you need to take I-265 from I-64E
From I-64 going E. Follow I-265 E and take first exit, State St. Turn Left at the bottom of the ramp and follow all the way into downtown New Albany to Main St. Turn Right. The YMCA will be in front of you. We are 2 blocks down on the Left at Main and Scribner.
Another alternate from I-64 going E. Take the Georgetown exit. Turn right, make the 2nd left (go past the Marathon gas station) onto Corydon Pike. Follow the switch back 2 lane road all the way to Main St. Turn Left at the traffic light. Go under the Sherman Minton bridge. We are then 1 block on the Right at Main and Scribner.
From I-65 S.
Take I-265 E. to 3rd Exit, State St. Turn Left onto State St. and follow all the way into downtown New Albany to Main St. Turn Right. The YMCA will be in front of you. We are 2 blocks down on the Left at Main and Scribner.
OR
Go 1/2 mile further to I-64E If signs indicate Exit 123 is open and take New Albany exit 123. At end of ramp go straight. Holiday Inn is on the L. BP gas station is on the R.
